2,500 SQ. Ft. & Under                $120   per Visit, or $150 monthly

Up to 3,000 SQ Ft.                     $130   per Visit, or $150 monthly

Over 3,000 SQ Ft.                      $150   per Visit, or $200 monthly

• Removal & Relining of All Waste Baskets

• Vacuum All Carpets

• Moping of All Tile & Hardwood Surfaces

• Cleaning of All Glass Surfaces

• Cleaning of Baseboards (on a Rotation Basis)

• Interior Window Sills & Door Facings

• Removal of Cobwebs

• Ceiling Fans

• Polish All Stainless Steel Appliances

• Sanitize All Counter Tops

• Scrub / Sanitize Toilets, Showers, Jacuzzi
